Lingon sour

4cl Nagu Small Batch Dry Gin

3 cl Fresh Lemon juice

3-4cl lingonberry syrup*

Egg white

Shake without ice, then with ice

Strain into chilled martini glass or coupe

1dl lingon berry, 1dl sugar, 1dl water. Simmer for 4 minutes, let cool down, strain.
