General

By booking a tour, tasting, or event with Nagu Distillery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participants must comply with Finnish alcohol legislation. Alcohol tastings are only available to persons of legal drinking age.

Bookings are confirmed once payment or confirmation has been received.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Nagu Distillery reserves the right to change schedules, tour content, guides, or availability if necessary due to operational or safety reasons.

Visitors are expected to behave responsibly during visits and tastings. Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be refused entry without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service according to Finnish alcohol legislation.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or special requirements.

Private events and group bookings may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Visitors participate at their own risk. Nagu Distillery is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during visits.
